GENERAL

The JNOX Series is designed to convert NO2 to NO for extractive flue gas analysis systems where total NOx concentrations are measured with an NO-NDIR analyser. 4 different models are available. The JNOX-CT and JNOX-CV which both require conditioned, dried and filtered sample gas while the series JNOX-V and JNOX-T both have a heated inlet and accept filtered hot wet sample gas upstream of the analyser.

The JES 300 Series of Heated Gas Sample Probe is designed for continuous use with extractive sampling systems even where the sample contains dust, aerosols, water vapour and high dew-point corrosive gases when must be kept above its dew-point to prevent corrosion and sample degradation either prior to hot analysis or sample conditioning. The JES 300 is available in several versions which may be custom configured to meet user's specific application. The JES 300 incorporates a non-corrosive heated, replaceable ceramic filter element with a filter porosity of 2 micron.

The JCC Portable Sample Gas Conditioner is designed to lower the sample dew point and supply dehumidified sample gas with a pump to the moisture intolerant analysis equipment. The operation capability at high ambient temperature also enables applications i.e. in boiler houses.

Where space is limited but sample gas conditioning requirements are high, the JCM cooler module provides the ideal solution. JCM Sample Gas Coolers are designed to separate water vapour from sample gas. Because water vapours are suppressed, analyzers can be used in continuous operation at low maintenance. The main use of this cooler is to guarantee suitable conditioned sample gas prior to analysis by moisture equipment. This allows full utilization of your gas analyser with a minimum amount of maintenance or down-time.

For continuous removal of condensate a peristaltic pump SR25 can be connected to the condensate outlet of any condensate separator or cooler.
