Volatile organics/Gas sampling train see US EPA methods.
Can be used as a simple(easy to use) mass flow controlled sampling unit to monitor for gases such as ammonia,hcl, fluorides.
A sampling train is coupled to the inlet of the unit.The unit has it is own moisture trap into which you place silica gel as an absorbent You nominally would set aflow rate as required which may be for example 1lpm over 30mins. This is typical for most gas sampling. The gas vapour is drawn into the impinger by the sampling unit. The impinger content is sent to the laboratory for analysis. This is a quick,simple test methods.
Flow rates can be set, sampling start and stop times can be set or total volume sampled can be set.
The unit can be programmed in 30 seconds
Sampling volumes are standardised and logged,as are flow rates and dates together with times.
The unit is designed to run from either 110v/220v or 12v
